Why is everyone hungry for more?

PRAISE

God--you're my God!  I can't get enough of you!  I've worked up such hunger and thirst for God, traveling across dry and weary deserts.  So here I am in the place of worship, eyes open, drinking in your strength and glory.  In your generous love I am living at last!  Psalm 63:1-3

GENEROSITY

The world of the generous gets larger and larger..The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed;  those who help others are helped.  Proverbs 11:24-25 

FAITH

I love you, O Lord, my strength.  The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.  He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.           Psalm 18: 1,2 NIV

FAITH

 Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellant or praiseworthy--think on these things.

LOVE

 

 The Lord your God is in your midst, a victorious warrior.  He will exult over you with joy.  He will be quiet in His love.  He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy. 

TRUST

The moment I called out, you stepped in; you made my life large with strength...Finish what you started in me, God, your love is eternal.
Psalm 138:3,8

FAITH

If the Lord delights in a man's way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fail, for the Lord upholds him with his hand.  Psalm 37:23-24

TRUST

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you or forsake you.  Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.  Deuteronmy 31:8

STRENGTH

I  can do all things through  
Christ who strengthens me.

TRUST

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?  The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?  Psalm 27:1 NKJV

TRUST

They who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.  They shall mount up on wings like eagles.  They shall run and not be weary.  They shall walk and not faint

FAITH

I've already run for dear life straight to the arms of God.  So why would I run away now when you say, "Run to the mountains..."? God hasn't moved to the mountains; His holy address hasn't changed.  He's in charge as always.  Psalm 11:1,4

PRAYER

But, you dear friends, carefully build yourself up in this most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit, staying right at the center of God's love, keeping your arms open and outstretched, ready for the mercy of our Master, Jesus Christ.  This is the unending life, the real life!  Jude 1; 20-21

LOVE

So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you:  compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline... Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you.  And regardless of what else you put on, wear love.  It's your basic, all-purpose garment.  Never be without it.  Colossians 3:12-14 

JOY

PRAISE

Now to him who can keep you on your feet, standing tall in his bright presence, fresh and celebrating--to our one God, our only  Savior, through Jesus Christ, our Master, be glory, majesty, strength, and rule before all time, and now, and to the end of time.  Jude 1:24-25

CARING

You're blessed when you care.  At the moment of being "care-full", you find yourselves cared for.  You're blessed when you get your inside world-your mind and heart- put right.  Then you can see God in the outside world.  Matthew:5:7-8

TRUST

Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking.  Instead, fix your attention on God.  You'll be changed from the inside out.  Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it.  Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
