Purpose

What a beautiful thing, God to give thanks,

to sing an anthem to you, the High God!

To announce your love each daybreak,

sing your faithful presence all through

the night. Psalm 92:1-2

About Me

kay: Sun City West, AZ, United States; After 26 years as an elementary school teacher I started taking watercolor classes. Art has taught me much about color and design and to appreciate everything I see in a new way. It reminds me of how uniquely we have been created when I look at the paintings in my classes and see how each one shows the personality of the painter. I love bright colors and find that I can make my prints even brighter using the Corel6 program on my computer. My camera, computer and printer have been an asset in adding to the fun and creativity of my art. Some of my favorite reading is from "THE MESSAGE", the Bible in contemporary language by Eugene Peterson, published by NAV PRESS . I have discovered ways to share these inspiring words with my watercolors in books, cards and calendars, jewelry and decorative cloth bags. Feel free to send my posts to your friends .
