JOY
"It was a place that put music in my heart and sunshine in my mind, a place serene. As I sat there, leaves danced above my head and laughed. The grass danced a jig and the hills sang a joyous song. How rich can any man be?" Dick Bogue kaysjoytoyou.com

What we carry----------Is it a burden or is it a joy? Does it shackle you or does it set you free? Did you choose to carry a burden or did another put the burden on you? Have you loaded your burden on another or have you picked up someone's burden with a helping hand to lighten their load and found that it didn't add to your own. Instead it lightened both burdens with a new sense of joy. Has someone given you a helping hand to cary your burden ? If you accepted it you found relief and freedom along with gratitude and joy. JOY
"Joy is a great note all through the Bible. We have the notion of joy that arises from good spirits or good health, but the miracle of God has nothing to do with a man's life or his circumstances or the condition he is in. Jesus does not come to a man and say "Cheer Up" he plants within a man the miracle of the joy of God's own nature. " Oswald Chambers

JOY
"The joy of Jesus is a miracle. It is not the outcome of my doing things or of my being good, but of my receiving the very nature of God. " Oswald Chambers

JOY
After the Sabbath, as the first light of the new week dawned, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to keep vigil at the tomb. Suddenly the earth reeled and rocked under their feet as God's angel came down from heaven, came right up to where they were standing. He rolled back the stone and then sat on it. Shafts of light blazed from him. His garments shimmered snow-white. The angel spoke to the women: "There is nothing to fear here. I know you're looking for Jesus, the one they nailed to the cross. He is not here. He was raised just as he said."
Matthew 28:1-3, 5-6
